This is a mask I've been making. I've got the front finished, but the foam and felt hasn't been added to the back yet, nor has the straps to hold it on the head. I've decided to get creative and call it...Dragonmask.

I'll probably be selling it when I'm finished, if I can bear to part with it. *grin*

It's made from a sturdy wire armature overlaid with foil and sculpey, the scales are all carved into the sculpey and it's baked hard; it's been sealed, painted, and sealed again. Surprisingly, it's not as heavy as you would actually think, given what it's made of.

I'm happy with it! Although I'm afraid the pictures don't show the color well due to bad lighting conditions and I couldn't use a flash--the metallic paint reflects all the light, lol.
